Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. We offer FREE shipping on orders over 50€.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards – including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX – as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and more.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders very quickly, and order processing begins immediately after an order is placed. However, during holidays and peak sale periods, handling times may be slightly longer.
Most orders are processed immediately after purchase, but no later than within 1–3 business days from the order date. Orders are typically shipped the same day or the following business day after processing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that the stated delivery time of 5–10 business days is an estimate based on average delivery times and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Refunds are not issued due to delivery delays that fall outside the estimated delivery timeframe.
If your order has not arrived within 60 calendar days from the order date, or if the shipment is confirmed lost earlier by the shipping carrier, we will reship the item(s) at no additional cost.

How do I return an item?

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or restricted locations?
We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or certain restricted locations, such as unsupported P.O. Boxes, freight forwarding addresses, sanctioned countries, or remote areas not serviced by our shipping partners.
If an order is placed using a non-deliverable address, we will contact you and request an alternative shipping address. If a valid address is not provided within five (5) business days, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to the original payment method, reduced by a 15% processing and handling fee. This fee reflects reasonable costs incurred at the time of purchase, including payment processing, order handling, and administrative costs.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site include value-added tax (VAT) for purchases made within the European Union (EU). For customers outside the EU, the prices shown are tax-free. In rare cases, your country’s customs office may charge additional import fees, duties, or taxes. These additional charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details on potential charges, please contact your local customs office.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly, and order processing begins immediately after an order is placed. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wackyventure.com.
To ensure fast delivery times, orders are processed and shipped shortly after they are placed. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to accept order cancellations once the order has been placed. If you change your mind after placing an order, you will need to wait until the order has been delivered and then contact our customer support if you wish to return your order for a refund within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with our return policy.
Please note:
Once an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. However, you may still return your order for a refund within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with our return policy.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items or the approved cancellation request and credited to your original payment method. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
