Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. We offer FREE shipping on orders over 50€.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, we recommend that you request any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of ordering. If your order has already been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. However, you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, as per our return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal payments, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site include value-added tax (VAT) for purchases made within the European Union (EU). For customers outside the EU, the prices shown are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for import taxes, duties, and related customs fees once your order reaches its final destination. These additional charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details on potential charges, please contact your local customs office.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items or the approved cancellation request and credited to your original payment method. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
