Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. We offer FREE shipping on orders over 50€.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards – including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX – as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and more.

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. We often start processing orders on the same day they’re placed – but please note that during holidays and sale seasons, handling times may be longer.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 days from the order date and shipped the same or following day.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that the stated delivery time of 5–10 business days is an estimate based on average delivery times and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Refunds are not issued due to delivery delays that fall outside the estimated delivery timeframe.

If your order has not arrived within 60 calendar days from the order date, or if the shipment is confirmed lost earlier by the shipping carrier, we will reship the item(s) at no additional cost. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, you may instead request a store credit refund.

How do I return an item?

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site include value-added tax (VAT) for purchases made within the European Union (EU). For customers outside the EU, the prices shown are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for import taxes, duties, and related customs fees once your order reaches its final destination. These additional charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details on potential charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly — often immediately after they are placed. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wackyventure.com.

If you request to cancel your order before we have begun processing it or before it has been handed over to the shipping carrier, and the order is confirmed to still be unprocessed at the time we review your request, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers reasonable and actual costs incurred at the time of purchase, such as payment-processing expenses and administrative handling.

Please note:
Once an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. However, you may still return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with our return policy.

 

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

 

When will I receive my refund?

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items or the approved cancellation request and credited to your original payment method. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
