Shipping Protection is an optional service that provides coverage if your package is lost in transit, damaged during shipping, or confirmed stolen after delivery (subject to verification).
If an eligible issue occurs, we will reship your item(s) at no additional cost.
Please note:
Claims must be supported by appropriate documentation (e.g., carrier confirmation, police report, or investigation report)
Packages marked as delivered are considered fulfilled unless sufficient evidence is provided
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
This service covers reshipment only (no refunds or store credits)
The Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable under all circumstances
